Turmeric – potato cubes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large potatoes, floury
  • Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 large potatoes, floury
  • 2 tbsp Pesto Genovese, (Ready-made product)
  • Chicken broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

and potato pesto/sauce go well with the “Festive Salmon Fillet”

Peel and dice the 4 potatoes, add the turmeric to the chicken broth, and cook until al dente. Drain and serve. For the pesto: Peel and dice the 2 large potatoes. Cook in the chicken broth until soft, then drain the liquid. Add the pesto and blend. Done. (Leaving all the liquid in the pot makes a delicious sauce.)
