Quick fruit base Bimas style

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp wheat flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil or rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the flour with the baking powder. Then add all the other ingredients and mix together for about 5 minutes. The batter will be runny, which is how it should be. Pour into a fruit base pan and bake in a preheated oven at about 175-200 degrees Celsius. We like the base best the next day. It has a firmer consistency and won’t be soggy.
