Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml milk or plant milk of your choice, possibly coconut milk
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 banana(s) or other fruit
- 1 tbsp honey

Chia seed pudding with fruit
In a bowl, mix the milk and honey thoroughly until the honey dissolves completely. Then stir in the chia seeds until all the seeds are submerged in the milk. Dice the banana and add it. Let everything sit for about 3 hours. If you like, you can use other fruits or other sweeteners instead of honey. Tip: Add 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the milk to make a chocolate pudding. Chia seeds will keep in the milk for about 1 week in the refrigerator. The mixing ratio is 1:6 (e.g., 1 tablespoon chia seeds to 6 tablespoons milk).
