Vanilla – Quark – Cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ liter of milk
  • 65 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Serve with fruit

Take 6 tablespoons of the milk and mix it with the pudding mix, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Bring the remaining milk to a boil. Remove the milk from the heat and stir in the mixed pudding mix. Bring back to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly. Add the quark to the pudding and stir well. Pour the cream into dessert glasses and chill. Serve with fruit, if desired.
