Endive salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 lettuce (endive)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 5 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Maggi
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the lettuce, spin dry, and cut into strips. Dice the onion. Place both in a bowl. Mix the other ingredients into a marinade, season to taste, and stir into the salad. Let it sit for about half an hour. The salad tastes great mixed with mashed potatoes, for example, in meatballs.
