Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g semolina (children’s semolina)
  • 100 ml milk, low-fat
  • 100 g sugar
  • 80 g butter, soft
  • 1 pinch(s) of iodized salt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 apple, possibly

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Let the semolina swell in the milk for 30 minutes. Cream the sugar, butter, salt, and vanilla sugar until fluffy, then add the lemon juice. Gradually stir in the flour and semolina. Wash, core, and quarter the apple, then coarsely grate it and add it to the semolina mixture (this can also be omitted). Using two teaspoons, drop small mounds of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 25 minutes. Preheat oven to 130°C (fan/convection) and 160°C (top/bottom heat).
