Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 4 marshmallows, mini
  • 8 chocolate drops
  • 12 chocolate lentils, orange
  • 100 g dark chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fruit snack creatively arranged

Melt the chocolate coating in a double boiler. Halve the bananas and rub them with lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown. Halve the mini marshmallows and attach a chocolate decoration drop to the sticky side of each one as a pupil. Dip the top of the banana into the melted chocolate coating and place it on a plate. Use a spoon to add a dollop of chocolate coating to the bottom end. Place the mini marshmallows on the top end of the banana as eyes and press down lightly. Stick the chocolate buttons into the chocolate below the eyes (cut a small piece with a knife first if necessary). Stick two chocolate buttons into each end of the banana as feet. Let dry and serve.
