Semolina pudding with cherries and quark

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 ml cream – semolina pudding vanilla
  • 500 ml quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 jar morello cherries
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Quick dessert, also great for parties

Mix the cream semolina pudding (available in the refrigerated section with yogurt and other foods) with the low-fat quark. Stir in two sachets of vanilla sugar and fold in the jar of morello cherries. Also, a little of the cherry juice. It’s ready and so delicious! But it’s best to let it sit for a while and serve chilled!
