Pork loin in herb cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pork loin(s) (approx. 400g)
  • Mustard, medium hot
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • pepper
  • 250 ml cream
  • 80 g cream cheese, e.g. Bresso with herbs
  • 3 tbsp instant gravy

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

quick, easy and delicious

Cut the pork loin into 8 medallions, approximately 2-3 cm thick, season with pepper, spread with mustard, and wrap with bacon. Place in a greased casserole dish, season with pepper, and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes. For the sauce, combine the cream with the cream cheese and gravy, pour over the meat, and bake for another 10-15 minutes at 200°C. Tips: Instead of cream, you can also use Cremefine or cooking cream to save calories. This dish goes very well with spaetzle and, of course, a green salad.
