Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g soy sprouts
- 2 bell peppers
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- some oil (coconut oil)
- some pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Then fry them in oil until they begin to brown in spots, but don’t let them burn. Add the bean sprouts and fry for another 2-3 minutes, until the sprouts are soft. Remove the pan from the heat and season with soy sauce and pepper to taste. I always use home-grown bean sprouts.
