Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 large onion(s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- 800 g peas, frozen or fresh
- ½ liter vegetable broth
- 400 ml coconut milk, creamy
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the garlic. Peel and dice the onion. Heat the oil. Sauté the onion, add the garlic, and fry until golden brown. Add the peas and deglaze with 1/4 to 1/2 liter of vegetable stock. Add the coconut milk and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then purée the soup.
