Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g butter or margarine
  • 375 g flour
  • 125 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients, shape into balls, flatten with a fork, and place on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 175°-200°C (top/bottom heat). Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven when light brown; the cookies will still be firm. The second baking sheet requires less baking time.
