Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g broccoli
  • 250 g pasta (macaroni or spirali)
  • salt water
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 cup of Creme legere
  • 200 g herb cream cheese
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 3 tsp Italian herbs (frozen)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Blanch the broccoli for 5 minutes and cook the pasta in salted water until tender, reserving the broccoli water. Place both in a greased casserole dish and toss with the tuna. Dice the tomatoes and feta cheese and mix. Then mix the crème fraîche and cream cheese, adding a little more of the broccoli water depending on the consistency, but don’t let it get too thin. Season the sauce with garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper, and pour over the pasta. Sprinkle with the feta and tomato mixture. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 15-20 minutes.
