GDR quark dish with raisins

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g raisins
  • some lemon zest
  • Milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Mix the quark (I usually use cream quark) with a little milk until smooth. Then add all the other ingredients and mix well until smooth. Let it all sit in the refrigerator for about an hour. My husband loves this quick and easy dessert – he likes it with a few more raisins.
