Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g vanilla pudding, homemade or bought
  • 250 g quark
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg(s), separated
  • 1 can/n fruits of your choice, drained

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

If desired, cook a pudding according to the instructions and let it cool; a skin should not form. Combine the quark, sugar, and egg yolk in a large bowl and mix. Stir in the cold pudding. Beat egg whites and fold in. Layer the drained fruit and cream in dessert bowls.
