Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g rice
- 1 can pineapple pieces
- 600 g pork schnitzel
- 350 g vegetable mix (Asian vegetables), frozen
- salt and pepper
- curry
- 50 g tomato ketchup
- oil

Cook the rice and drain. Drain the pineapple, reserving the juice. Cut the schnitzel into pieces. Heat the oil and fry the meat for about 4 minutes, turning occasionally. Season and remove. Sauté the vegetables in the hot oil, deglaze with the pineapple juice, and add the ketchup. Add the pineapple pieces and schnitzel, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Serve with the rice.
