  • 500 g butter, room temperature
  • 4 thick garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp, heaped salt
  • 1 tsp, leveled pepper

A quick version of garlic butter for those in a hurry and lazy people

First, cream the butter with a hand mixer until fluffy and season with salt and pepper. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves and add them to the butter. Mix everything thoroughly. Then the garlic butter is ready to serve. Tip: This butter tastes even better if you refrigerate it for about an hour to let it set.
