Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g couscous
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
  • 125 g sheep’s cheese
  • Parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions. Finely chop the vegetables and feta cheese, fry briefly, then stir in the couscous and season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Meanwhile, blend the yogurt with a crushed clove of garlic with an immersion blender until frothy. Serve the sauce separately.
