- 100 g chickpeas from the can
- ½ small apple, cut into small cubes
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp, leveled curry powder
- Salt and pepper from the mill

Rinse the chickpeas in a sieve and let them drain. Blend the chickpeas, diced apple, peanut butter, lemon juice, and oil in a blender until smooth. Add the curry powder, pepper, and salt and blend again thoroughly.
