Spicy stew with green beans

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 m.-large potatoes, waxy
  • 500 g green beans
  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 g diced ham
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 1.2 liters of chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp paprika paste
  • 1 pinch of hot paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Clean and finely chop the soup vegetables and onion. Peel and dice the potatoes, and clean and chop the beans to the desired size. Fry the ham in hot oil, then add the soup vegetables with the onions and paprika and fry. Deglaze with white wine and let it evaporate. Then add the diced potatoes and beans and top up with the stock. Bring to a boil and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Chop the parsley and add it. Simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes until tender.
