Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml milk
- 50 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- 4 tsp, heaped baking powder
- 125 g butter
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- 50 g hazelnuts, ground
- 125 g sugar
- 50 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
For the batter, heat the milk and butter and remove from the heat. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Once the sugar has dissolved, add the flour mixed with baking powder and the milk-fat mixture and mix briefly. Line a large baking sheet with baking paper and place the batter on it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. For the topping, heat the butter with milk, sugar, desiccated coconut, and hazelnuts. Spread this mixture evenly over the batter and bake for another 5-8 minutes. Tastes best fresh—can even be eaten lukewarm.
