Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pkt. Cream powder (Paradise Cream chocolate flavor)
- 300 ml milk
- 4 gingerbread (chocolate)
- e.g. chocolate (chocolate flakes)
- e.g. mandarin orange(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Crumble the gingerbread cookies by hand into a large bowl, add a little milk, and blend with a hand blender until smooth. Then add the remaining milk and mix the cream powder into the mixture. First, mix on the lightest setting with a hand mixer, then on the highest setting for 3 minutes until fluffy. Spoon the cream into bowls and decorate with mandarin oranges, chocolate flakes, etc. Tip: You can also layer canned mandarin oranges into the bowl and pour the cream powder back on top.
