Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark, low-fat
  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 1 pack of biscuits, amaretti
  • Amaretto for drizzling
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Mix the mascarpone with the quark. Mash the ripe bananas with a fork and mix into the cream. Season with cinnamon. Crumble the amaretti biscuits. Spoon some of the cream into three glasses, arrange the amaretti biscuits on top, drizzle with amaretto, and top with the remaining cream. Finally, fill the glasses with a layer of amaretti biscuits. Chill for 2 hours and serve cold.
