Vanilla pudding on strawberries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries, keep four beautiful ones for decoration
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), scraped pulp

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and halve the strawberries, sprinkle with sugar, and divide between four dessert bowls. Cook the pudding with the vanilla pulp according to the package instructions and pour over the strawberries, ensuring they are completely covered. Let cool. Garnish each with a beautiful strawberry to serve.
