Hearty and very tasty

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Slice the mini ham hocks and garlic cloves, halve and very thinly slice the onions, dice the tomatoes, and finely slice the zucchini. Heat a little butter in a wok or large, deep frying pan and fry the onions and garlic until slightly translucent. Then add the potatoes and the mild vegetable stock, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then arrange the tomatoes, ham hocks, and finally the zucchini on top of the potatoes. Replace the lid and simmer for another 15 minutes without stirring. Then stir everything well. Stir in the processed cheese and let it melt, then season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. If you like, you can add a small dash of Worcestershire sauce.
