Iceberg lettuce with mango and avocado

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 shot of orange juice
  • ¼ tsp sambal oelek
  • 1 small head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 2 m.-large tomato(s)
  • some sea salt and pepper
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Make a dressing from the first four ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Peel, pit, and dice the avocado and mango. Drizzle the avocado with a little lemon juice. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and dice them as well. Wash the lettuce and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Add everything to the dressing and mix well.
