Espresso chocolate chia pudding

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup or honey
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 50 ml espresso
  • 2 tsp chocolate shavings and possibly chocolate, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

For the chocolate layer, combine 150 ml of milk, 1 tbsp agave syrup/honey, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, and 2 tbsp chia seeds in a bowl, stir well, and let stand for 10 minutes. For the espresso layer, combine 50 ml of milk, 50 ml espresso, 1 tbsp agave syrup/honey, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, and 2 tbsp chia seeds in a bowl, stir well, and let stand for 10 minutes. To serve, first pour half of the chocolate pudding into the glass, followed by half of the espresso pudding. Decorate with chocolate shavings and, if desired, white chocolate. Refrigerate for 10-30 minutes.
