Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 4 cl Madeira
- 1 tsp, levelled powdered sugar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp pepper, green, freshly pickled
- 2 tsp broth, from the pepper jar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic, fresh
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes
Crush the peppercorns and chop the garlic. Combine all ingredients in a mixer fitted with a dough hook. Pour the butter into glass bowls and refrigerate overnight.
