Pepper butter with Madeira

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 4 cl Madeira
  • 1 tsp, levelled powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp pepper, green, freshly pickled
  • 2 tsp broth, from the pepper jar
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic, fresh
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

Crush the peppercorns and chop the garlic. Combine all ingredients in a mixer fitted with a dough hook. Pour the butter into glass bowls and refrigerate overnight.
