Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 small red pepper
- 2 tsp peppercorns, mixed
- 100 ml olive oil
Instructions

Halve the chili pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds, and cut into small pieces. Place all ingredients in a suitable bottle with a swing-top lid and let it steep for 3-4 weeks in a dark, dry place. You can also add a sprig of rosemary, if desired.
