Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 small red pepper
  • 2 tsp peppercorns, mixed
  • 100 ml olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 21 days; Total time approx. 21 days 5 minutes

Halve the chili pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds, and cut into small pieces. Place all ingredients in a suitable bottle with a swing-top lid and let it steep for 3-4 weeks in a dark, dry place. You can also add a sprig of rosemary, if desired.
