Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small banana(s), ripe
  • 200 g chestnuts, cooked, peeled (vacuum packed)
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 50 g cane sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Chop the banana into small pieces and blend it with the chestnuts, cocoa powder, cane sugar, butter, and cinnamon until smooth. Pour the chestnut-cocoa-banana butter into a screw-top jar and store it in the refrigerator. It will keep for about 14 days.
