Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g date(s), dried, pitted
  • 90 g walnuts
  • 90 g oat flakes
  • 7 g cocoa
  • 20 g coconut milk powder
  • 350 ml water, hot, if necessary a little more

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, egg-free, no added sugar, delicious, a healthy alternative to the well-known nut-nougat spread

Wash the dates thoroughly, pour hot water over them, and let them steep for about 15 minutes. Add the walnuts and blend everything together with a hand blender until creamy. Add the oats, cocoa, and coconut milk and blend until creamy. Fill the hot jars with the mixture. This recipe makes about three small jam jars. Let cool and store in the refrigerator for up to a week (mine go much faster). Enjoy!
