  • 125 g Kinder chocolate
  • 40 g butter
  • 40 g cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

To prepare in the Thermomix, put the Kinder chocolate in the mixing bowl and chop for 10 seconds on speed 10. Use the spatula to scrape the mixture down the sides, add the butter and cream, and mix for 5 minutes on speed 2 at 50°C. Transfer to a screw-top jar and chill. To prepare without a Thermomix, roughly chop the Kinder chocolate and melt it in a saucepan with the butter over medium heat, add the cream, and stir well until all the ingredients are well combined. This works even better over a bain-marie. The mixture should not get too hot! Transfer to a screw-top jar and chill.
