Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of cantuccini with chocolate or American cookies
  • 500 ml passion fruit juice, alternatively mango-passion fruit juice
  • 3 packs of no-cook vanilla sauce powder
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 500 g quark
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 100 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 20 minutes

Crumble the chocolate biscuits slightly and spread them in a tiramisu dish. Whisk the juice with the vanilla sauce powder for about 2 minutes until a creamy consistency is reached. Then whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. In another bowl, whisk the quark, yogurt, milk, and sugar until creamy. Fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture and spread over the biscuits. Finally, pour the juice over the mixture and refrigerate for about 4-5 hours. Recommendation: A dash of eggnog makes the quark mixture even smoother.
