First add the diced bell peppers, then the diced zucchini. Finally, add the finely sliced mushrooms. Sauté for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Transfer to a suitably large pot, add the passata and vegetable stock. Bring to a boil briefly. Then add the cream and cream cheese. Season with pepper, salt, and Italian herbs. Bring to a boil again briefly, then add fresh chopped basil, let it steep briefly, and you’re done.
