Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative), natural
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 40 ml balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • some agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

dairy-free, vegetarian

Peel the garlic and press it into a bowl. Add all ingredients to the bowl and mix. Let stand for about 30 minutes. Then fold in the salad.
