- 250 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative), natural
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 40 ml balsamic vinegar, lighter
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- ½ bunch parsley
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- some agave syrup

Peel the garlic and press it into a bowl. Add all ingredients to the bowl and mix. Let stand for about 30 minutes. Then fold in the salad.
