- 15 g cheese, grated
- 3 free-range eggs
- 350 ml milk (hay milk)
- 2 g chives
- Coconut fat or oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 16 minutes
Place the eggs, cheese, milk, and chives in a bowl or cup and mix well. Heat a pan with coconut oil or butter, pour in the egg mixture, and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
