Pasta with crab in cheese and cream sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 200 g crab, frozen
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 tsp broth, granulated
  • Salt
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Place the frozen crabs in a pan and fry gently. When the crabs are golden brown, remove the pan from the heat and set aside. Cook the pasta in well-salted water with a little butter. Before the pasta is done, place the pan with the crabs on the stove and heat gently. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan with the crabs. Heat for about 10 minutes, then add the cream, granulated stock, and cheese.
