- 1 tbsp curd
- 1 tbsp sweet cream
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp cranberries
- Salt
- pepper
- n. B. Curry powder (Madras curry)
- n. B. Curry powder (Bombay curry)
- 1 tsp cognac
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Fondue sauce
Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Add the quark, cream, and mayonnaise and mix well. Season with salt, pepper, and both curry powders. Finally, stir in the cognac and fold in the cranberries.
