Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 mango(s)
- 2 small bananas
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp, heaped vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp apricot liqueur
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit, and dice finely. Peel and slice the bananas, then immediately toss with the lemon juice. Place the mango cubes and banana slices in a bowl, add the vanilla sugar and liqueur, mix gently, and let stand for a while. A deliciously refreshing salad to serve with ice cream, creams, semolina and rice pudding, or simply eaten as is.
