mega tasty and super quick to make

Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add the icing sugar. Sift the flour over the mixture and fold in. Then carefully fold in the butter. Take 3 tablespoons of the light mixture and set aside. Mix the cocoa powder with the cinnamon and fold into the larger part of the mixture. Spread in circles with a diameter of approx. 6 cm on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Using a teaspoon, place the reserved light mixture on top in a wave-like pattern and marble it with a pastry brush. Bake the tuiles in a preheated oven at 200°C for approx. 4-6 minutes. Carefully bend them over a rolling pin to give them a nice shape. Then let them set. This makes enough for approx. 12 pieces.
