Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 40 g yeast
- 60 g sugar
- 100 ml milk, lukewarm
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- some sugar for sprinkling
- some cinnamon for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Knead all ingredients into a firm dough. Form small balls (30 g each) and roll them out into rounds. Place the balls on baking paper and prick several times with a fork. Sprinkle the cookies with a sugar and cinnamon mixture and bake at 180°C for approximately 10-15 minutes.
