Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bulb(s) of fennel
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 can pineapple, in pieces, alternatively mandarins
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • Stevia, as needed

Instructions

Trim the fennel and cut it into wafer-thin pieces (including the fennel fronds), then place it in a suitable bowl. Add the pineapple chunks (and/or mandarin oranges) with their juice and the sliced ​​banana, sweeten with stevia, stir, and garnish with the walnuts. Let it sit for a while and enjoy.
