Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bulb(s) of fennel
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 can pineapple, in pieces, alternatively mandarins
- 1 handful of walnuts
- Stevia, as needed
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with walnuts and stevia
Trim the fennel and cut it into wafer-thin pieces (including the fennel fronds), then place it in a suitable bowl. Add the pineapple chunks (and/or mandarin oranges) with their juice and the sliced banana, sweeten with stevia, stir, and garnish with the walnuts. Let it sit for a while and enjoy.
