Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g radish(s), white
  • 300 g carrot(s)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 300 g apples, sour (eg Cox Orange)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp vinegar, mild fruit vinegar
  • Salt
  • White pepper, freshly ground
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp oil (safflower oil)
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and grate the radish and carrots. Wash the radishes and slice them thinly. Quarter, peel, core, and grate the apples. Mix all ingredients with the lemon juice. Arrange the vegetables on the plates. For the salad dressing, mix the vinegar with salt, pepper, crème fraîche, and oil. Drizzle the dressing over the salad portions. Lightly toast the seeds in a pan and sprinkle with the herbs.
