Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 60 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 40 g sugar
- 40 g flour
- Butter, for the molds
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes
Chop the chocolate and melt it with the butter in a double boiler. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Beat the egg yolks with a hand mixer until creamy. Add the sugar and flour and mix well. Slowly fold the chocolate butter into the egg yolk mixture. First, stir a little of the beaten egg whites into the mixture, then the remaining beaten egg whites. Grease 4 baking dishes with softened butter, pour in the batter, and bake for 6-7 minutes at 200°C (electric oven, 175°C (fan oven), gas mark 3.
