Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 ml milk
- 550 g flour (wheat flour)
- 5 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 3 drops butter-vanilla flavoring
- 3 banana(s), ripe, medium size, mashed
- 1 point yeast (dry yeast)
- 80 g ground walnuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for the bread maker
Place the ingredients into the bread maker in the order listed above. Add the walnuts only after the first beep. I baked the bread using the “Normal” program, achieving a medium crust. It took about 3 hours and is delicious! This amount yields a 750 g loaf.
