Cassis sour milk yogurt dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g sour milk
  • 250 g yogurt
  • 4 tbsp sugar or more
  • some lime juice
  • 1 cup black currants

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

A 200 ml cup was used for measuring. De-stalk and wash the currants. For the cream, combine the sour milk, yogurt, sugar, and lime juice and season to taste. Mix most of the currants with the cream and pour into glasses, then top with the rest.
