Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 ladyfingers
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 cl Amaretto
  • 1 peach(s), (half from the can)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Crumble the sponge fingers and mix with the cinnamon. Grease a baking dish, press the crumbs into the dish, and drizzle with a few drops of Amaretto. Place the peach, curved side up, in the dish, brush with honey, and drizzle with the remaining Amaretto. Separate the egg. Beat the egg whites until stiff, stirring in a tablespoon of sugar. Beat the egg yolks with the second tablespoon of sugar until foamy, then carefully fold in the beaten egg whites and the sifted flour. Pour the mixture onto the peach and bake the dessert in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
