Galia melon smoothie with banana

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g Galia melon
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 1 dashes lime juice
  • some agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quarter, deseed, and peel the melon. Roughly dice the flesh. Peel and slice the banana. Blend the fruit with buttermilk and lime juice, and season with agave syrup.
